I don’t even have words for how incredible Ricardo is. I truly don’t think I’ve received this good of service from ANYWHERE. My phone was so shattered that I honestly thought I’d have to get a new one. Then I was on google and saw that Mr. IPhone mobile has nothing but 5-star reviews and I wanted to see for myself if it was true. I called him and asked him to meet me at my house at 5. He arrived 5 minutes early and greeted me with a big smile. He was so personable (it felt like I knew him for years.) He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and didn’t speed through fixing my phone, but also didn’t take forever to get it done. To my surprise, he handed my phone back and it looked like I had just bought a new phone. I’m speechless. If something ever happens to my phone again, I’ve got his number saved.
